Will my vehicle’s seats and carpets be soaking wet when you finish?
No. We utilize commercial-grade, temperature-controlled hot water extraction along with high-velocity air movers during the process. While carpets and upholstery will remain slightly damp to the touch, they typically dry completely within 1 to 2 hours depending on ambient weather conditions, allowing you to use your vehicle shortly after completion.
Does interior detailing eliminate severe odors (smoke, mildew, pets)?
Our standard interior detailing deeply cleans and sanitizes fabrics and surfaces to eliminate general dirt and lingering smells. However, severe odors—such as active mold, persistent cigarette smoke, or deep biological spills—penetrate deep into foam padding and HVAC ductwork. For permanent elimination, we recommend pairing your detail with our Heavy Odor Treatment & Ozone Disinfection Add-on.
How do you handle heavy pet hair or heavily stained upholstery?
Light pet hair and typical daily stains are addressed during routine deep cleaning. For vehicles with heavily embedded pet hair or stubborn deep-set stains, we utilize specialized hair extraction tools and enzyme treatments. Because these require extensive additional labor and time, they are available as dedicated Add-On Services (Pet Hair Removal / Intensive Stain Extraction).
How do you clean and protect leather seats without leaving them greasy or shiny?
We strictly follow professional IDA standards, using pH-balanced, non-abrasive cleaners formulated specifically for modern automotive leather. We never apply oily or cheap silicone dressings. Instead, we condition surfaces with premium, breathable conditioners (such as CarPro and Shine Supply) that restore natural softness, block UV damage, and leave a genuine, factory-matte finish.
How often should my vehicle be detailed?
For optimal preservation against Pacific Northwest weather, we recommend starting with a Level 1 or Level 2 Full Detail to establish a clean, protected foundation.Once your vehicle has received an initial full detail, you become eligible for our Maintenance Detail Program for Returning Clients (starting at $115 Bi-Weekly or $125 Monthly). This recurring service is designed to keep your interior fresh and paint protected year-round at an exclusive maintenance rate without needing another full restoration.
